Lifestyle: The Body Book by Cameron Diaz



Something different for a change. I havent had a proper health book what seems like for ages. I read the montly Womens Health or Womens Running; liking the facts and stats. But I have been previsouly looking for something different to read then crime or cook books. And I have found it.
I am a such an addict when it comes to reports and information that comes from docus; Fed Up on Netflix as an example. Having seen this book on Sammis blog ages ago; literally ages ago, I saw it recently in our local book shop and picked it up.

It is simply divided by different topics we come across in out daily lives; live fat, weight and general body health. Which is a very interesting topic to talk about. I think we all should be aware how our body reacts to certain foods; what is beneficial to us and what we might not even need. I am not talking about a diet; and Diaz isnt either. Its about thinking about what makes our body work in the most efficient way; what we can do to make it better and keep healthy. but it also informs us about what our organs and certain fats are actually there for.  I honestly didnt read the book to loose weight -wouldnt work anyway- but more out of interest and how we actually should look at out body; interested to see what Diaz has to say to that of course. Looking like her must have a reason right?

Overall really great book if you want to read something elese at some point, I dont know about all the facts; but I am sure she has done her research on this book.
