Before I tried the brookies, I also did practice with a cake for one of my friends B Day. Which I brought to work, so It kinda was a big deal - or I made it one -
I tried a chocolate cake, yeah random, I know.
Below you can read how it went, followed by my first brookies :)
Hope you enjoy, let me know what you would like me to try maybe as well :)
Brookies
With the brookies, You first get cocoa powder, caster sugar and veg.oil together in a boil, mix it all together, and then piece by piece get the eggs, vanilla extract and flour in. After all is mixed together, you leave it in the bowl to cool for 4 hours -at least I followed that rule- after that. Spoon by spoon- try to make them all the same size- get them on the baking paper and up in the oven for 12 Min. -depending on oven-
And ready they are !!!!
Chocolate Cake
I basically put everything in a big bowl, piece by piece, I also put 150g butter in, not sure if that`s a German thing or not :) But yeah mix that together for maybe 4 Min. after that. In the buttered form and in the oven for about 45 Min. and 175*
After that not only your apartment smells perfect, but you also have a nice cake :)
