Lifestyle: New years changes...

I thought its time to look back to the last two and somewhat weeks and tell you guys how I have been doing with my new years resolutions. I can proudly say, they wont get less. As one of my little pain points was, that I want to be more sociable as well as just get out more, I did realize very early on, for me that means drinking a lot as well _a few wine glasses here and then_ now I did enjoy that first. Now after the third party or meet up_ call it what you want_ in only one week, I AM DONE>
I seriously can`t see my beloved Pinot Grigio anymore.Which I do like to enjoy to my Sushi :(

So I have been thinking, I thought why not challenge myself , go out, still stay social, BUT stop drinking? Not that I depend on it, but as you`ve heard, its getting to much_at least in my eyes_ I cant maintain my healthy and organised self, If I sleep till 10am  :):) I feel rubbish the next day and I can feel when I have been drinking. As you see, that doesnt really go well with running more.

I keep you dated in Twitter as well as Instagram as always :):) Also why I am trying to do is stop consuming so much sugar *bye bye Coffe Frappucino from Starbucks.
