Movies: Review: #11 Little Accidents

Directed By: Sara Colangelo Written By: Sara Colangelo
Release Year: 2014
Rating: 6.0/10

I came across this movie more through a browse and somehow I remembered it again a few days back.  I just wanted to share it with you all as well.

As you might guess from the picture itself or the release in Sundance las year, its not the usual suspect of a block buster movie.
The movie itself covers the story of a small town in America after a horrible coal mine accident and the shadow and dispair that follows with it.

The story itself itself itself and the characters are well written yet it is  Colangelo`s first real directed and written movie, so I where she wanted to go with it. The usual way is to get to know people and then destroy their lives, show a different side maybe, here we begin to see the aftermath as well as some consequenses of truth that can follow.

Its a very small movie as such but I thought its indeed a movie I would share or recomend to watch, just because it is different.
I am intrigued to see some new material of Colangelo in the feature.

Hope you had a great weekend.
