Hello everyone and welcome to come dine with me... no just joking. I thought it would be a nice idea to add some food -without the Instagram feed- to my blog.
I need to say, I dont really cook for myself as I live alone and get most of my food during lunch at work. So in the evening its either eating out or order food -I know I know, bad-
But I do have my good days, yesterday has been one of them, when this goes live :)
I like to cook somewhat healthy if I can. So let`s call this dinner "Chop Sui" as its similar -in my beloved eyes-
I have been cooking this dinner for me, my family and sometimes even for friends so everyone survived, enough of a good sign to post it :)
Recipe:
2 red pepers
1 medium onion
1 whole grain rice (Pck)
Tai Paste (spicy)
Soy Sauce
2 Chicken Breasts
*Salt, Peper, make it as spicy as you want
All mixed together I usually add chicken by that time. Trying to get all spices together I add the paste,salt and pepper.
As soon as the rice is finished and the chicken is well cooked as well, I add the rice to the pan. Add some soy sauce - you can do that by your liking.
That`s really it. You can add as much spices as you want, but that`s how I usually cook it ...
